1. Who we are
Fast Fleet Luxury Rent A Car L.L.C (trade licence no. 1356508), Office E15, Zulekha Holding Limited, Al Qusais, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Fast Fleet", "we", "us") operates https://ffl.ae. 2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, mobile number and sign-in method (email and password, Google or phone verification).
- Booking data: selected car, dates, times, pickup and return locations, chauffeur choice, price, invoices and payment status.
- Identity and eligibility documents: passport, driving licence, Emirates ID or GCC national ID, International Driving Permit and entry visa, as required for your rental.
- Communications: messages you send through our contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: device and browser information, IP address, and settings stored in your browser such as language, currency and theme.
3. How we use your data
- To create and secure your account and verify your sign-in.
- To take, confirm, deliver and manage your bookings, invoices and payments.
- To check eligibility (minimum age of 20 and valid documents) as required by UAE law and our insurers.
- To handle traffic fines, tolls, damage and legal obligations related to a rental.
- To answer your questions and provide 24/7 support.
- To send newsletters only if you have given consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Legal bases
We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations in the UAE, for our legitimate interests in running and protecting our service, and on the basis of your consent where required.
5. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: service providers that host or operate our platform (hosting, email delivery, Google Firebase sign-in and, where card payment is offered, Stripe); insurers and assistance providers where needed for your rental; and government authorities, police or courts when required by law, including for traffic fines.
6. Payments
Cash and bank transfer payments are recorded in your booking. Where card payment is offered, it is processed by Stripe; Fast Fleet does not store full card numbers.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UAE. When this happens we rely on providers with appropriate safeguards to protect your data.
8. Retention
We keep account and booking records for as long as your account is active and as required by UAE law for accounting, tax and legal claims. Uploaded documents are kept only as long as needed for your rental and related obligations, then deleted.
9. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, private storage for documents and regular backups. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password confidential.
10. Your rights
Subject to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. Email info@fastfleet.ae to make a request.
11. Cookies and browser storage
We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your language, currency and theme. We do not use advertising cookies.
