Terms and Conditions — Fast Fleet Luxury Rent A Car L.L.C
Effective date: 23 September 2026.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to bookings made through https://ffl.ae with Fast Fleet Luxury Rent A Car L.L.C (trade licence no. 1356508), Office E15, Zulekha Holding Limited, Al Qusais, Dubai, UAE. The rental agreement you sign when you receive the car forms part of your contract; if it differs from these terms, the signed rental agreement prevails.
2. Eligibility and documents
- The main driver must be at least 20 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
- UAE residents and GCC citizens: passport, Emirates ID or GCC national ID, and a valid UAE or GCC driving licence.
- Visitors from outside the GCC: passport, International Driving Permit together with the home-country licence, and the entry visa.
- Only drivers named in the rental agreement may drive the car.
3. Bookings
A booking is confirmed when we confirm availability and the booking details. Cars are subject to availability; if a booked car becomes unavailable, we will offer a similar car or a full refund of amounts paid for that booking.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are set in UAE dirhams (AED). Amounts shown in USD or EUR are for convenience and are converted at our published rates.
- The daily rate depends on the rental length shown on each car page. The chauffeur service, where selected, is charged per day.
- Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout, including cash and bank transfer.
5. Security deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for each car as shown on its page. It is returned after the car is returned and inspected, less any traffic fines, tolls (Salik), parking charges, fuel shortfall, damage or other amounts due under the rental agreement.
6. Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection are free within Dubai: at our Al Qusais office, Dubai International Airport, or your hotel or residence. Delivery outside Dubai may be arranged on request with additional charges.
7. Mileage
Each car includes a daily kilometre allowance shown on its page. Additional kilometres are charged according to the rental agreement.
8. Use of the car
- Follow UAE traffic laws at all times.
- Do not use the car for racing, off-road driving, towing, sub-renting or any unlawful purpose.
- Do not take the car outside the UAE without our prior written approval.
- Keep the car locked and secure, and report any accident, damage or fault to us immediately.
9. Fines, tolls and damage
The renter is responsible for traffic fines, tolls and parking charges incurred during the rental, and for damage as set out in the rental agreement and insurance terms. In case of an accident a police report is required.
10. Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible at info@fastfleet.ae or +971 50 501 3635. Any charges for changes or cancellations are confirmed with your booking or rental agreement.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the booking concerned.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. Questions: info@fastfleet.ae.
